A. All changes to the approved plans have to be sanctioned by the developers. Changes will be primarily by way of finishes, doors & windows and so on. Major structural changes must be approved by the developers and Town & Country Planning and will only be considered if in the opinion of the developers the proposed changes would tend to improve the development as a whole.
