What assurance do I have that owners will build according to the plans and will maintain the overall standard of the development?
A. All changes to the approved plans have to be sanctioned by the developers. Changes will be primarily by way of finishes, doors & windows and so on. Major structural changes must be approved by the developers and Town & Country Planning and will only be considered if in the opinion of the developers the proposed changes would tend to improve the development as a whole.
