What assistance will be available to complete the questionnaire?
Assistance is available at Questionnaire Assistance Centers and Telephone Questionnaire Assistance Centers, which are staffed by Census Bureau employees. Language Assistance Guides will be available in 59 languages to assist in completion of the questionnaire. Questionnaire Assistance Centers are open from March 19th-April 19th of 2010. The Telephone Questionnaire Assistance Center may be reached at 1-866-872-6868. (If you prefer a Spanish-speaking operator, then dial 1-866-928-2010.) The lines will be open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (your local time) seven days a week from February 25, 2010 through July 31, 2010.
