What assistance is available for low-income customers?
If you meet income eligibility requirements then you may be eligible for heating assistance. Please call the Valley Opportunity Council at 552-1548 if you have any questions, or need more information. Through the Westfield Warm Fund, customers facing financial hardship but not eligible for federal or state assistance may be eligible for up to $200 toward their gas or electric heat bill.
