What aspects of an organizations culture most shape the impact of social technologies?
Web 2.0, Enterprise 2.0, Learning 2.0 … have been with us for a few years now and most of us have some experience introducing them to large organizations. Some companies (IBM comes to mind) seem to be getting great value from these approaches. I have seen others try and fail, and still others have radically different success in different parts of the organization.
