Fox serves nine counties in Northeastern Wisconsin: Brown, Calumet, Kewaunee, Manitowoc, Oconto, Outagamie, Shawano, Waupaca, and Winnebago. Those eligible for membership are: – A resident of one of these nine counties. – An employee of an eligible payroll sponsored company. – An immediate family member of anyone who is eligible for membership.
