Any area outside of an Urbanized Area (UA) as defined by the U.S. Census Bureau. There are fourteen UAs in Washington: Bellingham, Mount Vernon-Sedro Woolley, Everett-Marysville, Seattle, Bremerton, Tacoma, Olympia-Lacey, Longview, Vancouver-Portland, Wenatchee-East Wenatchee, Yakima, Kennewick-Pasco-Richland, Spokane, and Clarkston-Lewiston.
