Call me cynical but my main thought is the Hilton’s are mostly upset because Paris didn’t make any money from McCain using her image. I do think these people are that shallow. As for McCain saying he was simply adding humor to his campaign I think that’s a cop-out. He was using these popular celebs to appeal to younger voters.

I think John McCain was trying to make a point that Obama was famous for being famous – like Paris is. Paris cannot be mad at any part of the media – she’s a porn star, accomplished red carpet walker and drunk driver – all before she hit 25. She’s a joke – even if she doesn’t get it.
