We have always built marble runs ever since we were children – I never knew they were called kugelbahns (but it makes sense). I know that you can buy pre-made parts from various toy sites, but we have always built our own, using Rube Goldberg as our inspiration. A friend of mine has the most wonderful marble run in his living room – it’s 6 feet high and wide and it takes a good 15 minutes for the marbles to get through it.
