What are your charges for on-site in-situ metallography of our Primary reformer components & fired heaters?
TCR Engineering has in-depth expertise to undertake insitu metallography, and we shall be pleased to start your work. We have done such work on reformer tubes for customers including IOCL, IPCL, IFFCO, Reliance etc. Our charges shall be Rs. 1000/- per replica plus 10.2% service Tax. A minimum of 5 replicas must be offered per day. If you inform us exact number of spots, we can send you a definite firm proposal. Traveling Expenses by Air, Train or Bus will be extra at actuals. Lodging / Boarding & Local Transportation at site is to be provided by the client. Necessary arrangements for Entry / Exit Permit at site to be arranged by the client. The client must provide a service of ONE HELPER to our operator at site. All Scaffolding and safety arrangements should be provided by the client. All the material should be in clean & open condition. If any grinding / polishing is required, then it will be not be in our scope.
