What are you going to do so that it isn’t obvious what is contained in the envelope and the cards aren visible from the outside?
The driver license, driver permit, and identification card will be in a plain white window envelope with the Oregon Department of Transportation (DMV) return address on them. There will be no indication on the envelope that a driver license, driver permit, or identification card is inside. They will not be forwarded if undeliverable to the address given to DMV at the time of issuance. They will be returned to DMV.
