What are you doing diet wise and fitness wise to lose the weight at home?
Adam Hurtado: I am really mixing up my workouts as much as possible. I am cross-training at the moment across all fields. What it is doing is making it more enjoyable for me than working out in the gym every day. I do a combination of boxing, swimming, and running. I am doing football drills with my brother, running the stadium stairs and just staying active throughout the whole day. As far as the nutrition side, the [“Biggest Loser”] meal plan has been amazing. When I was at home in California, half of the time since I have been home that definitely jump started and opened my eyes to the fact that nutrition and health don’t have to be… we have that misconception that it tastes bad and is bland and boring. That really reinforced me to stay on my diet and had me eating comparable to what I was eating on the ranch.
