CE requirements are 24 hours within the two-year license term. Three of those hours must be in an insurance approved ethics class and only 12 hours may be insurance company sponsored. Nonresident adjusters may send a current original letter of certification, less than 90 days old, from the home state Insurance Department in lieu of course certificates. Send copies of course certificates or the original letter of certification with a $30 filing fee and a fully completed and signed Form 301. This form may also be found on the department website.
