What are Wrapped Canvas prints mounted on?

0

Wrapped Canvas prints are stretched and mounted on a sturdy wooden frame approximately 3/4″ deep. The area that is wrapped around the mount can be considered similar to that of a bleed edge used for regular prints. That is, a small area around the border of your image which would be cut off during the printing process. On a Canvas print, this area of the image is wrapped around the edge. Approximately 0.6 to 1.3 inches per side ( depending on the canvas size ) of the image is wrapped around the mount. However, because canvas prints are stretched and mounted manually, results may vary.
