What are Whitelist and Blacklists?
A Whitelist is a list of email address maintained by yourself that informs the system that you always want to receive their email regardless of the content contained; note emails containing a detected Virus will not be delivered. A Blacklist is a list of email addresses maintained by yourself that informs the system that you don’t ever want to see their emails. Whitelisting the sender address or the domain, but only if you trust the sender, you can do this in your individual settings, or request this via the Service Desk at the global level in Barracuda.
