What are we capable of at Alpha Machining?
At Alpha Machining, we will engineer, program, and machine your part in the material that you need, whether it be a plastic or a metal. We can work with quantities from one to one thousand plus. Our machine assortment includes two wire EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) machines, a CNC screw-type lathe, with 160 inch bar feed, a manual lathe, a manual milling machine, and in the near future, a CNC milling machine. We can have your part sandblasted or rock polished if you would desire, as well. Our maximum part size depends upon the machine used. On the lathe, material up to two inches can be used. If your part requires the use of the wire EDM machine, we can work with a cutting envelope of up to 20″ x 14″ x 8 ” (x, y, z).
