– Visitors: participants who are not members of the Agora. They have neither speaking nor voting right. Visitors have to be a member of an AEGEE local, a Working Group, or a AEGEE-Europe Project Team. Other visitors may only attend with the permission of the Chairperson. The maximum number of visitors is set by the Chairperson after consulting the organizing local. – Delegates: up to three elected representatives of the AEGEE Antennae and AEGEE Working Groups. Delegates are members of the Agora and have speaking right, the right to present proposals and the right to vote for their Antennae or Working Groups. – Envoys: up to two representatives of the AEGEE Contact Antennae, the Supporting and Thematic Working Groups, AEGEE-Europe Projects, and Connections. Furthermore all members of the Comité Directeur, the Chair Team, the Commissions of AEGEE-Europe and the Liaison Officers and Liaison Agents of AEGEE-Europe are envoys as well.
