What are VDCRs?
A VDCR is a Vendor Document Comparison Report. For each new revision of a publication received from the Contact Program, a VDCR is prepared which provides a listing of changes between revisions of VTDs. To aid plants in the VTD site applicability review, the VDCR identifies whether the new VTD contains technical changes, non-technical changes, or no-change circumstances. General comments are provided which summarize VTD differences and general recommendations. Individual changes are described, followed by an engineering discussion that determines the expected plant impact of the change.
