What are typical switching voltages that may be applied to the inputs of a PLC?(Programmable Logic Controller)?

The two main control voltages are 24vdv or 110vac. These have no connection to the PLC power supply although, it some cases, the 24vdc power supply of the PLC is used for inputs power. You can even have a mix of voltages by having separate input cards although this would be a bad idea in most cases.
