What are two-way messages and how much do they cost?
These messages can be replied to by the message recipients, the replies can be viewed online, retrieved programmatically using one of our APIs, or they can be routed back to you as emails. The system will auto correlate each 2-way message with its replies making them great for applications where answers to specific questions need to be tracked. Our 2-way messaging system does not require that you have your own mobile number or pool of numbers in order to receive reply messages. Each 2-way message costs 1.5 credit(s) and you don’t pay for the replies. You can not set a sender id for these messages, as the system allocates a sender id automatically from a common pool of numbers. This sender id is not permenant and will change across messages and recipients.
