Gates open at 11:15 am Wednesday through Sunday during live and simulcast racing, or earlier as announced. The mutuel windows open 30 minutes before the first race, whether live or simulcast. Post Times Wednesday-Thursday Fall Meet (Sept-Oct): 7:00 pm Holiday Meet (Nov-Dec): 5:30 pm Winter/Spring Meet (Jan-Apr): 1:10 pm Friday Holiday and Winter/Spring meets (Nov-Dec & Jan-Apr): 5:30 pm Fall Meet (Sept-Oct): 7:00 pm Saturday-Sunday All meets: 1:10 pm Although Turfway generally is closed for simulcasting and/or live racing on Monday and Tuesday, exceptions do occur. Check the web site for changes. Concession stands and the Homestretch restaurant are open whenever the track is open for live or simulcast racing. Reservations for the Homestretch are recommended during live racing.
