What are TRINITY Development Group’s plans for a distressed real estate fund?
TRINITY is currently in the process of raising equity for a distressed real estate opportunity fund. Distressed property types being targeted in major metropolitan markets include grocery and discount anchored shopping centers, as well as mixed-use centers with apartments. Emphasis will be placed on cash flow potential during a five to seven year hold period. Additionally, TRINITY is creating a “stimulus-type” rental package to assist retailers in the program during this difficult credit market.
