Tri-Built is a genuine custom home builder. We do not call ourselves a custom builder and then make you choose selections from 3 different choices, like some other “custom builders.” We pride ourselves on quality construction for a fair price. Some of the building practices we use on our homes are: • Engineered, steel reinforced foundation with a minimum 3000 psi concrete • Treated toe plates, bolted on exterior walls, on 1st floor of residence • 16″ on center framing practices, with fire blocking • 7/16″ OSB Exterior Sheathing with TYVEK house wrap • Second story floors have engineered floor joists with minimum ” tongue and groove floors • All Exterior penetrations to be foam sealed • Pest Shield in Wall pest tubing with Borate treatment on toe plates for termite protection • Window of choice by customer – Aluminum, Vinyl, or Wood windows available from Atrium, Krestmark, Pella, and others • 100% masonry exterior, rock and/or stucco • 14 SEER HVAC systems by Amana, Trane, or Carrier w
