Reconciliation must be completed within 90 days after the end date of the funded activity. If additional time is required, please contact a Takeda Grants Administrator at 1-800-390-1204 or takedagrants@tpna.com. Note: if your organization does not complete the reconciliation within the 90 days allowed, the system will not allow you to submit additional grant requests.
