What are opics and what use are they?
The use of ‘topics’ is important enough to warrant its own web page: see http://www.ucs.mun.ca/~dgraham/topics.html Briefly, the topics allow subscribers to subscribe to messages in those areas that interest them, and to stop receiving messages in other areas. Each message you send to the list should contain one of the accepted topics described on the web page.
