Top Up allow you to purchase extra cap should you feel that you are going to exceed the pre-paid cap for your service. These are available in 100 GB, 50 GB, 25 GB and 10 GB sizes. The Top Ups last until used up, so if you don’t use all of your Top Up in the month it was purchased it will roll forward. If you exceed your pre-paid cap on a regular basis, to prevent having to buy Top Ups each month you should consider upgrading to the next service level up. e.g. If you are on our Gold Service and regularly use 25 GB per month (thus needing to Top Up 10 GB each month), it would be more beneficial to move up to our Platinum Service.
