What are Time Trials all about for the Development Team (Mini-Rays)?

Since Mini-Ray swimmers are always eligible to swim in every meet “seed” times are not used as they are on the Competition team. Time Trials for the Mini-Rays are used to capture a swimmers times at the very start of the season. The excitement with the Developmental program is measuring each swimmers individual improvement over the season as he or she learns the various swimming strokes.
