If you have been advised that your tickets will be given to you on departure these will be waiting with our representatives at Heathrow, Gatwick or Manchester . The location, opening hours and contact details for each Airport are as follows: Heathrow – Sky Diamond Terminal 1: Please use the desk at Terminal 2 which is located a 5 minute walk away. Terminal 2: Desk 1314 in the Arrivals Concourse. Located on the 1st floor, opposite the arrival’s gate (far left hand side) between London Taxis & UK Hotel Reservations.
