What are those white high heeled boots in runescape?
Before reading this question I assumed the only high heels in runescape were black (Vyrewatch boots on female characters) While looking for this fabled item it seemed I worked out that most shoe boot items are limited to the usual ankle area of the foot. What you may have seen was lederhosen shorts with white mystic boots. These items give the illusion of tall socks or as you say, Knee high boots.
