When a record is sent from CAD Mgmt to SMS, normally all fields on the screen are included in the message. It is possible to limit the fields included in the message. The green dot indicates what fields will be included. If, for any reason, you don’t want to modify certain fields, click on the green dot, setting it to red. When the message is sent to SMS, any fields which are red will not be sent in the message. If you only want to send one or two fields, the process described above can be a bit tedious. Instead you can select the green dot to the right of the one of the main sections (Number Information, Service Area, Directory Information). This will set the dot for all fields in that section to red. Select the red dot, setting it to green. When the message is sent to SMS, only the green fields will be sent in the message to SMS.
