What are these spots on my sons body?

They should like the same spots that most babies tend to get at some point in time, also older children can get them. If I’m right then in older children they call them dehydration spots, not because their dehydrating but the water intake is low (ish) but still nothing worry about. Babies get allsorts of bits of rashes, spots etc its perfectly normal as long as their well in themselves. Their skin will be developing, learning different textures, temperatures etc the overall strength and sensitivity it will develop. If your son were generally unwell, I wouldn’t class being a little of food as being unwell, more like really unsettled, crying, you know as being their mother when their well or not, then yeah of course without doubt got to your GP, but it doesn’t sound like he his so I’d keep an eye on the spots see if thes any change in them and keep his skin moisturised, also put loose clothes on him not tight skin fitting so his skin can breathe. Defiantly quite positively sure from what
