What are thermistors and diodes, if we take into consideration ohms law?
When I think of thermistors, I think of a resistance device with a positive or negative temperature coefficient (both signs are available). There are different materials that are used to make thermistors, including silicon. I assume that you mention diodes because they can be used to measure temperature. There are band-gap devices that have an output proportional to the temperature of the device.
