What are the yellow circles with a slash through them?
These yellow circles signify “no connection here”. It happens when a wire crosses a pin. To get rid of the yellow circles, you can do one of the following: Connect wire to pin. You can force connection on all yellow circles by selecting Connections > Connect All. The yellow circles will dissappear once connections are made. Not connect wire to pin. You can simply move the wire or the pin (or rather, the chip that the pin is on) to get rid of the yellow circles.
