What are the working hours in Dubai?
The working hours in Dubai range between the usual 40-48 hours per week and it also depends on the company policy, if any. The office timings are usually between 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. The timings are same throughout the year except during the holy month of Ramadan when they are reduced to 6 hours but it is generally only applicable to Muslim employees as they fast during the day, and not others. Friday, is an important day especially for religious purposes and so the weekly off is on Friday for all offices and schools. If there is a 5-day week, then the other holiday would either fall on a Thursday or Saturday depending on the company policy.
