What are the workers responsibilities if a claim is accepted?
A SAIF claims adjuster is available to assist the worker with his/ her claim. Workers should be sure to ask questions if they don’t understand something or receive any forms or letters that are confusing. Workers should also keep their claims adjusters up to date on their recovery progress. The adjuster is there to help.
