I stopped smoking on Sunday. Since then I have been feeling slightly light-headed and have had headaches around my temples. Are these smoking withdrawl symptoms or could they be side effects of the Nicorette patch (14mg) that I have been using? I have now taken off the patch and plan to switch to the chewing gum. Please could you tell me what the physical withdrawl symptoms from smoking are and how long they usually last.
