There should be a number, or something to call and ask for advice. I’m glad you know this is very serious. You need to tell someone close to you. Ritalin is very addictive, and even in the space of a week can affect you. You may become significantly depressed, and feel you need the Ritalin to stabalise your mood. But since it was only a week, the main damage may have just been to your body in a physical way, rather than affecting you mentally. If you do start noticing any major symptoms, or depression, I advise very strongly that you see your doctor.
