What are the white flecks I see on top of the food?
A. When cold, the food may have gelled broth and tiny globules or fat on the surface. These are natural occurences as the formulas do not contain any emulsifiers, fillers, gums or artificial colors. We recommend stirring in a small amount of warm water before servicing to your pet. This will help to soften the food, even out the consistency and make it easier to mix with our dry food if that is your feeding preference.
