What are the weekly educational seminars?

Each Saturday, after the group run, we will do announcements then hold about a 20-minute seminar. Topics will all be related to your marathon training and everything you need to know to stay healthy, dress right, and complete the marathon. Before or after each seminar, you will break off into your groups for a brief talk and question-and-answer with your coach.
