Base fee: $20.00 Volume fee: Residential — $1.75/1000 gallons based on winter average usage (Nov. Jan. Feb.) Commercial — $1.75/1000 gallons based on actual water usage Residential wastewater rates are based on the average of the water usage for November, January and February because those are the typical months with the least water usage and the months when outdoor watering is often shut off. Customers with no usage history will be assigned a 6,000 gallon usage rate until a winter rate has been established.
