A The following applies to Ezeebikes and Wisper bikes: 1 year full mechanical warranty on the bicycle. This means you get a free service after 3 months, then again after 6 months and finally one after 12 months. Anything that breaks in the first 12 months is replaced for free except for spokes and brake pads and inner tubes and even for these the labour is free. When buying electric bicycles with the Schwalbe Marathon Kevlar tyres, such as the ezeebike range, innertube changes/repairs are also free! Beyond one year many parts on the bicycles are covered by different warranties, such as the frame, handlebar and many more. You also get 1 year full warranty on the electrical components of the product including replacement and labour.
