What are the Warning Signs that someone may be developing an eating disorder?
A person may exhibit the following behaviors in the early stages of developing an eating disorder: an increase or decrease in weight, changes in eating habits, dieting, eating strange foods, bingeing, or ritualized eating behavior, preoccupation with weight and body image, excessive exercise, vomiting, fasting, use of laxatives or diet pills, isolation, depression, irritability, or marked changes in behavior.
