WHAT ARE THE WAGES LIKE?
An Apprentice’s wages are governed by the California Apprenticeship Standards and Local Union Agreement. Ventura County Electrical Apprentice starting wage is $9.60 plus benefits and receive wage increases every six months after a thousand hours of On the Job Training with passing grade, for the first year. Once a year there after with fifteen hundred hours of On the Job Training and passing grades.
