What are the volunteer’s language, age and nationality?
Yes Maasai Challenge as it operate in a free and democratic government or state it allow all volunteers from different parts of the world to come to live and work, the average age is 35 years as most volunteers who are in 19 in some specified places but Maasai Challenge preferred to have energetic young youth people who may help and support African community especial in eradication or reduction of poverty and other social problems in Africa. Most people in our famous Project Destination like in Tanzania speak Swahili language and their local traditional language fluently but in learning institutions some can write and read English words, as because Swahili and English are the best language to give out instructions each end other week a special volunteers Swahili training session will be carried on by Maasai Challenge staff members as to help volunteers to be capable of Living and working environment.
