The profile of the Squaw Valley National Ski Patrol member is that of a person willing to work hard, devote many hours, continually enhance personal knowledge and skills, and have a good time doing it. Squaw’s patrollers mostly come from the Bay Area, Sacramento, and the Reno/Tahoe area, with several long time members in southern California, Oregon, and other parts of the United States. We have patrollers fresh out of college, of retirement age, and everything in between. We all share great enthusiasm for skiing at Squaw Valley.
