What are the views of the Canadian Environmental Law Association (CELA) on the Safe Drinking Water Act?
CELA supports the Safe Drinking Water Act and its Regulations. In order to be effective, however, the Act must be properly enforced, adequately funded, and be accompanied by legislation to protect drinking water at the source.
