The video card would need to have full direct draw support, and would need to have enough video RAM to handle the video streams. For a 4 channel system you would need at least 64MB with 128MB recommended. for an 8 or9 channel system you would need at least 128MB, and for a 16 channel system you would need at least 256MB.
