Ok…before I answer your question, I just want to let you know that you have a very stubborn rogue program that has not only hijacked your browser, but also hijacked your Malwarebyte AntiMalware program. The reason I know that is because Malwarebyte NEVER asks for money to remove problems. I myself have come across this same problem where my Malwarebyte program shortcut would automatically open up the Rogue program instead. This makes it appear that Malwarebyte is the one running and asking you to pay up. The way to fix this problem is to boot up in “Safe Mode with Network Support”, and then log on using Administrator profile (if you can, otherwise your normal profile will do). Then try running Malwarebyte again. It should work this time and it will remove that pesty rogue program from your computer.
