What are the VCF Community Fund grant rounds?
A. In 2009 the VCF Community Fund grant rounds include a spring and a fall grant round, which fund projects and organizations working in our three priority paths: Basic Human Needs, Successful Communities, and Sustainable Communities (see below). The VCF Community Fund grant rounds are open to any nonprofit organization, municipality, or educational institution. Funding decisions are made by VCF program staff, sometimes with the assistance of outside reviewers. The Special and Urgent Needs grants and Vermont Winter Assistance grants are also part of the VCF Community Fund grant rounds.
