Due to the recent change in the VAT from 17.5% to 15% the amount now charged for calls and texts has reduced. Therefore the amount of allowances on Flext plans has also reduced by the same amount. You still have the same amount of free calls and messages. The graph on your bill will show allowance that is excluding VAT.
