Beneficial owner Account (B.O. account) / Demat Account: It is an account opened with a depository participant in the name of client for the purpose of holding and transferring securities. Trading Account: An account which is opened by the broker in the name of the respective investor for the maintenance of transactions executed while buying and selling of securities.
